- 1 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tomato
- 6 Garlic cloves
- Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoons Curd
- 1 tablespoons Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- Oil
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl. Take the whole wheat flour in the bowl. Break eggs and put them. Add 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder and 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder.
Step 2
Chop Tomato onion and garlic and make paste. Put it in the bowl as well. Knead a soft dough.
Step 3
Make small balls. Roll paratha. Put Oil in pan. Fry them golden. Serve with curd or chutney.
