ingredients

  • 1 pieces boiled Potato Wedges
  • 1 cups Peanuts
  • 1 cups Besan
  • 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Take besan in a Bowl. Add 1 Tsp Turmeric powder and 1 Tsp Black pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix everything. Add water and make a runny batter.

  • Step 2

    Mash boiled potatoes in a plate. Add salt to taste. Make small balls.

  • Step 3

    Coat potato balls in besan batter. Pour oil in pan. Put the balls in pan. Fry them golden. Take out and serve hot.
