ingredients
- 200 grams Chana
- Potato Cubes
- 2 Tomato
- Ginger slice
- 1 teaspoons Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- Mustard oil
- Dry red chilli
- 2 tablespoons Besan
- 1 teaspoons Black pepper powder
- Mustard oil
Method
Step 1
Chop tomato, ginger slice and make paste.
Step 2
Crush Chana and take it in a Bowl. Add besan, 1 Tsp Black pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix everything. Spread it on a plate. Cut dhoka.
Step 3
Pour oil in pan. Put it in pan for frying. Fry them golden and set aside.
Step 4
Temper same oil with 1 Dry Red Chilli and sugar. Put the paste in pan. Saute till raw smell of masala goes away.
Step 5
Add Chanar Dhoka. Toss everything. Add water.
Step 6
Add 1 Tsp Coriander powder, salt and sugar to taste. Cook till water absorbs the flavour. Serve hot.
