ingredients

  • 300 grams Potato Cubes
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • 5 pieces Leaves of Gondhoraj Lebu
  • 2 pieces Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 pieces Cardamom Pods
  • Tomato
  • Ginger Slice
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • 1 cups Mustard Oil
  • 1 cups Peanuts
  • 2 teaspoons Curd

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil oil. Temper with cinnamon stick and cardamom pods. Put potato cubes in pan. Fry them golden.

  • Step 2

    Make paste of tomato and ginger. Whisk curd . Put one by one in pan. Mix everything and cover with a lid.

  • Step 3

    Remove lid and toss gently. Add water and cook till raw smell of masala goes away. Cook till water absorbs the flavour

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle lebu pata and peanuts and put off flame.
