Method

  • Step 1

    Boil Soyachunks and potatoes. Pour oil in pan. Temper with 1 Tsp Jeera. Add green banana slices. Fry them golden in medium flame. Add potatoes next. Keep frying in medium flame.

  • Step 2

    Once potatoes and capsicum turns golden, add Soyachunks in pan. Make paste of tomato and ginger. Put it in the pan. Mix everything. Add 1 Tsp Coriander powder. Once raw smell of masala goes away, add water in pan. Add salt and sugar to taste.

  • Step 3

    Cover with a lid. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and toss again. It's ready.
