Happy Birthday Julia Child!

She brought French cooking to America, endearing herself to home cooks with her distinctive voice and kitchen blunders. We live by her opinion that “People who love to eat are always the best people.” Today we’re celebrating what would have been Julia’s 107th birthday with some of our favorite French-inspired recipes!

Nothing is more true than the phrase that “A party without cake is just a meeting.” These mini soufflés ensure that everyone gets to have their cake and eat it, too! Remember to whip the egg whites properly for the most height in your soufflé.
