Fennel: helps with digestion and bloating.
Celery: lowers inflammation
Parsley: cleanse the liver

CLEAN GREEN DETOX SHOT
Serving: 2
Ingredients
1/2 small Fennel Bulb (about 1/2 cup)
4 Celery Sticks
1/2 cup Parsley
1/2 Granny Smith Apple
1/2 Lime or Lemon (remove skin)
1 inch piece of Ginger
2 cups Water
Method
Blend really well in your blender. Serve and enjoy. You can choose to strain it through cheesecloth or a sieve or just enjoy it with all the pulp.
