RECIPE:
・Prepare vinegar marinated vegetables
Finely chopped and mixed
・Radish
・Carrot
・Cucumber
・Red paprika
・Yellow paprika 300g
・a pinch of salt
・3 tablespoons of Rice vinegar(any vinegar)
・2 tablespoons of sugar
・1 tablespoon of Nuoc mam or Nam pla
・Red pepper as much as you like
Mix all the seasonings and marinate chopped vegetables.
Leave it for an hour till the vegetables absorb seasonings well.
•Make sandwich
・Baguette(or any buns)
・Beef pastrami
・Lettuce
・Coriander leaf
Sand marinated vegetables, pastrami, lettuce with buns and top with coriander leaf.
