"Survived my first day back in NYC after vacation but have spent the last two days waking up at 5:00 AM. Also feeling a little down that summer is almost over. But to keep summer going I made some s'mores pudding cups with chocolate chip cookie bases. The best part was probably putting my torch to use to get the marshmallow tops nice and crispy. "
