  • 1 (16 ounce) can spicy refried beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can regular refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3.8 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Red Gold Tomato Love, Medium, diced tomatoes & 2x more chilies, drained
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces queso fresco, crumbled
  • Torilla or corn chips, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2

    In a 9x13 baking dish, combine refried beans, sour cream, taco seasoning, and cream cheese.

  • Step 3

    Fold in black olives, cilantro, black beans, and both cans of tomatoes and chilies.

  • Step 4

    Top with Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar cheese.

  • Step 5

    Bake for 30 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Top with queso fresco before serving.
