ingredients

  • 1/2 pound sliced Salemi
  • 1/2 pound sliced Pepperoni Salami
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Store bought pizza dough
  • 1/2 Jar Pepper salad

Method

  • Step 1

    Let dough come to room temperature. Dust pastry cloth with four and roll out dough to a rectangle.

  • Step 2

    Layer salami and pepperoni salami on dough to cover the rectangle. Top with the pepper salad drained of juice. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll with seam on top. Pinch ends together.

  • Step 3

    Use egg wash (1 egg beaten with two tbsp water ) brushed over dough. Sprinkle , oregano and or garlic salt on the top. Bake on sheet pan 375 temp for 45 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before cutting
