Crispy Potato Chip Coated Tikka Masala Chicken Wings

"Crispy Tikka Masala Wings !... Potato chip crunchy tender finger lickin' good ! Hands down, best wings I've ever made. Oven baked and super easy with a recipe adapted from Gwyneth Palthrow's "Tikka Masala Roast Chicken"."

  • Tikka Masala Yogurt Marinade, double the recipe
  • 8 large chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated
  • 3 cups crushed potato chips
  • pinch garam masala


  • Step 1

    Follow the recipe for the marinade (doubling it) and let wings marinate for about 5 hours. Preheat convection oven to 370˚F and line a baking sheet with a rack. Spray with non stick spray to prevent sticking.

  • Step 2

    Remove wings from marinade and coat with chips and season with a dusting of the garam masala. Bake for about 35 minutes, until crispy and golden brown, and enjoy!
