ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 ounce olive oil
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
Method
Step 1
In a shaker, add gin, lemon juice, egg white, olive oil and simple syrup (Option to sub for Sage simple syrup).
Step 2
Dry shake, 30 seconds. Add ice and shake, 30 seconds.
Step 3
Strain into a coup glass. Top with bitters and a sage leaf.
