How to elevate just about any dish? Slather on some homemade aioli. Whether using the classic recipe - oil, egg, garlic, vinegar and salt - or jazzing it up with fresh flavors like lime, blood orange or ginger, this classic Spanish sauce is a necessary component of the home cook's repertoire. Our feedfeed community clearly agrees.

Ingredients:

Rice or corn cakes
Avocado
Tomato
Sauerkraut
Alfalfa sprouts
Cashew aioli (cashews, garlic, onion flakes, Apple cider vinegar)
Parsley

Directions:

To make the cashew aioli, soak 1 cup cashews for a few hours then drain, and blend with 1 cup water, clove of garlic, sprinkle of onion flakes and 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper if needed.

Assemble the crackers with the avocado, sliced tomato, sprouts and sauerkraut then top with cashew aioli and fresh parsley.
