Summer Sliders and Sweet Potato Fries

ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle Organic Goddess Dressing
- 1 pound ground meat (chicken, turkey, and beef)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- everything season, for garnish
- 4 tablespoons ghee
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms, sautéed
- pickles, as needed
- 9 Slider buns
- 3 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- coconut oil spray, as needed
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Method
For the Sliders
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Step 2
Combine the meat, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, bread crumbs in a 9x9 baking dish, mixing thoroughly, then pressing into a flat, even layer.
Step 3
Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the liquid and set the cooked meat aside.
Step 5
Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the baking dish. Place the cooked meat on the rolls, followed by the sautéed mushrooms. Place Top of rolls on top of sautéed mushrooms
Step 6
Brush the tops of the rolls with a little ghee butter, sprinkle with everything Seasoning. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown
Step 7
Slice into individual sliders, and garnish with Annie’s Goddess dressing, lettuce, tomato, pickles.
For the Sweet Potato Fries
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, spray with coconut oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes turning half way through.
Step 2
Let cool, add Annie’s Goddess Dressing for dipping.
