Fresh Heirloom Tomatoes with Olive Oil and Flaky Salt

- 2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Add tomatoes to a plate or platte. Drizzle with olive oil, then season to taste with flaky salt. Garnish with basil and enjoy.
