ingredients
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vainilla extract
- Sesame seeds, (optional) for garnish
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C or 350F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the buckwheat flour, almond flour, and baking powder.
Step 3
Then add the tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture remains.
Step 4
Now form small balls with a uniform size and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Press the cookies with your fingers to make them flat. (The thinner they are, the crisper they will become)
Step 6
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. (Optional)
Step 7
Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
Step 8
Let cool completely and then you are ready to enjoy them!
