ingredients
- 3/4 cup Almond flour
- 3/4 Cocoa powder
- 2 tapioca starch
- 1 tablespoon olive or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vainilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 7 tablespoon applesauce
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 7 tablespoon almond milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°Celsius
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
Step 3
Then, add the wet ingredients inlcuding the chocolate chips and mix well all together.
Step 4
Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.
Step 5
Bake at 180°C for 17-21 minutes (17 minutes for the fudgiest brownies, 21 minutes for firmer and slightly cakier brownies).
Step 6
Cool completely to room temperature in the pan, and let the brownies rest for a couple of hours before slicing and serving.
