Potato, Garlic & Thyme Focaccia

"I love focaccia as it is such a versatile bread. The great thing about this focaccia recipe is that it is so easy to make as you don't need to knead it! As Jersey Royals are currently in season, I thought they would taste rather lovely with garlic and thyme in a focaccia and I wasn't wrong."
