"Dalgona coffee is a South Korean iced coffee drink made of layers of whipped coffee cream and iced milk. It recently became viral on both TikTok and Instagram, when folks missing their daily latte routines started making it at home while #socialdistancing. And here I am, jumping on the band wagon! I had no idea that one of the things I’d miss the most is my weekly routine of working from a coffee shop, typing away on my laptop while sipping on a milky latte. As a result, I’ve been making a lot of dalgona coffees at home; it comes together in a flash with minimal ingredients and equipment, and almost makes up for the routine I miss so much. G"
