Rosemary Infused Paloma

(5)
"Kind of on a tequila kick here lately. I'm mixing up some more tequila drinks tomorrow, and I'm sipping on one of these Palomas and re-watching Star Wars "Rogue One" tonight because #netflixandchill. I had an amazing Paloma lately that was made with @qdrinks grapefruit soda, and it was life-shifting. Im curious - how do you make your version of a Paloma?"

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces aged tequila {I used @tequilacorralejo Reposado}
3 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice {if you can't squeeze, go with @wholefoods' 365 grapefruit - THE best}
1/2 ounce rosemary simple
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
splash seltzer
grapefruit zested sea salt, for the rim
fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Method:
Rim your cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dredge your glass in the grapefruit salt. Set aside.
In a mixing tin, combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, rosemary simple syrup, and lime juice.
Add ice and shake vigorously until frothy.
Carefully fill your cocktail glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail into it.
Add a splash of seltzer water for some effervescence.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary for complementary aromatics.
