Blood Orange, Gin And Pommeau Cocktail

(7)
" This cozy afternoon-in is calling for baking a loaf of bread, catching up on computer work, and making a cocktail with the cranberry shrub I shared one post back. I scored some blood oranges this week {about time!}, and they made their way into this drink, a slightly spiced, low ABV refresher that features @drinkbigbs’ award-winning Pommeau {a bourbon barrel-aged apple wine} and @ransomspirits’ Old Tom Gin."
