"The total solar eclipse hits tomorrow and apparently Oregon is the first place to experience it! "They" are saying it's going to be crazy, with millions of people flooding the freeways and city to don blacked-out paper glasses and stare up at the sky. An eclipse is cool but I think I'm more excited about the start of Amaro Week. If you don't know what Amaro is, it's all good because you will after this week! Thought I'd merge these two events together in this eclipse-themed cocktail."
Amaro Rum Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 oz @goslingsrum blackstrap rum
½ oz @mountgayrum Eclipse rum
¾ oz @thomasandsonsdistillery Kashmiri Amaro
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz @bgreynolds Falernum
½ oz Demerara syrup
3 dashes @thebitterhousewife barrel-aged aromatic bitters
Method:
Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a snifter filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.
