Beetroot Burgers & Paprika Spiced Sweet Potato Wedges

"Beetroot Burgers ? Direct recipe link in profile ? Served with paprika spiced Sweet Potato wedges ? on the side I've got some @rozas.gourmet Vegan Mayonnaise for dipping, and on my burger I used their Tomato Chutney. So yummy indeed ? It's been more than a year since I've had mayonnaise, so it was great to find this brand. Any chutney that has caramelised onions in it has my vote ?? They just make everything taste better right! I was going to post a black bean burger yesterday and then my friend @rachels.fit.kitchen posted one. And a few weeks ago I had made a satay tofu Buddha bowl, and @choosingchia posted something similar that day. I was like 'damn girls, why you reading my mind!' ? (and yes I talk like a bad U.S sitcom in my mind) ? So I didn't post them. Because I was worried it would look like copying. I'm a worrier you see. Something else to know about me, and I care what people might say or think about me. Even if it might never cross their mind ? Like any negative self talk, it is just something else that has plagued me my whole life, and something I need to continue to work towards letting go of. Does anyone else have these thoughts? ☀️ Negative thoughts are often replaced by the warm fuzzies when I see you generously supporting the people I feature. Like yesterday's @nutritious_delicious_food ? when I read your positive comments in support of other people and see their follower count skyrocket, I feel very grateful ?
