- 1 very ripe banana
- 85 grams almond butter (approx. ⅓ cup)
- 1 egg
- 70 grams oats (approx ¼ cup, plus 1 tablespoon)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step 3
Add to a muffins tin (if available, use paper muffins cases for a more seamless baking process).
Step 4
Bake 20-25 mins at 350F / 180C.
