ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- Handful of raspberries, optional
- Vanilla whipped cream, as garnish
- Raspberry jam, as garnish
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425β. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar and salt. Add in half of the milk and whisk until smooth. Add in eggs and remaining milk and whisk again until you have a smooth batter. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Pour the batter into a 9" baking pan, top with raspberries and bake in the oven until puffed and golden, about 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream and rasberry jam.
