  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • Handful of raspberries, optional
  • Vanilla whipped cream, as garnish
  • Raspberry jam, as garnish


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425℉. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar and salt. Add in half of the milk and whisk until smooth. Add in eggs and remaining milk and whisk again until you have a smooth batter. Let rest for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Pour the batter into a 9" baking pan, top with raspberries and bake in the oven until puffed and golden, about 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream and rasberry jam.
