- 1/2 medium frozen + peeled banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice, optional
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add more milk to thin and blend again. Serve immediately.
