ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup date syrup
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (such as oat, almond, whole, etc.)
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup Cascadian Farm No Added Sugar Cinnamon Apple Granola
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Whisk together oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
Step 3
Add wet ingredients to the same bowl and whisk until just combined. Gently fold in apple pieces.
Step 4
Pour into the lined/greased loaf pan. Top with granola.
Step 5
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 15 minutes before slicing.
