  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup date syrup
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (such as oat, almond, whole, etc.)
  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Cascadian Farm No Added Sugar Cinnamon Apple Granola

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Whisk together oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.

  • Step 3

    Add wet ingredients to the same bowl and whisk until just combined. Gently fold in apple pieces.

  • Step 4

    Pour into the lined/greased loaf pan. Top with granola.

  • Step 5

    Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 15 minutes before slicing.
