ingredients

  • 2 pomegranates, arils only
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Salt
  • Butter

Method

  • Step 1

    Sauté the onions in oil.

  • Step 2

    Then add salt and pomegranate arils. Cook for 5-6 minutes with the lid closed.

  • Step 3

    You will see that the pomegranate will produce a liquid. Pour the eggs and cook them as in the video. Cooking with the lid closed as the liquid evaporates. You can adjust the cooking form of the egg according to your taste.

  • Step 4

    Salt the eggs and serve.
