Frozen Aperol Spritz

"Frozen Aperol Spritz . Did you miss me?! I’ve not been on Instagram for a couple of weeks, I’ve been really busy with my photography course, trips to the south coast, trips up north, and flat stress! My photography course has ended now, and I’ll be posting photos from my final project on my photography Instagram @michellemcveighphotography soon if you’re interested. However, it’s still going to be a few more weeks until I can even start creating new cocktails – all these weekend plans, getting in the way! . But in the meantime, I thought I’d reshare some cocktail recipes for you – so you don’t forget me completely, and because they’re awesome and deserve a second look! . The Frozen Aperol Spritz is a really easy cocktail that everyone can make and love – and perfect for the summer, of course. Especially since my recipe is for a jug to share with friends!"

I love this take on a frozen aperol spritz while the warm weather is still hanging around!

  • 17 1/2 ounces prosecco
  • 5 cups ice
  • 6 ounces Aperol
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh orange juice
  • Orange, thinly sliced, for garnish


  • Step 1

    Put all ingredients in blender over the ice, and blend until ice is crushed and in a slushy consistency.

  • Step 2

    Pour into glasses and garnish.
