ingredients
- 1/4 cup blueberries, and/or blackberries
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 ounce Barr Hill Gin
- 1 egg white
- Edible flowers, for garnish, optional
Method
Step 1
Muddle berries, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice and shake 1 minute to chill. Strain into glass, discard ice/pulp, then return juice to shaker. Add gin and egg white; dry shake for 1 minute.
Step 2
Strain into coupe glass, garnishing with edible flowers if desired.
