Tahini Lemon Alfredo Pasta

Serves 4


1 lb. pasta

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup almond milk

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of a lemon

Sea salt + pepper to taste


Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Combine remaining ingredients and toss with pasta.
