Tahini Lemon Alfredo Pasta

Such a simple sauce and a healthy swap for your pasta and/or veggies. Served over chickpea pasta , spinach, + leftover squash. -@gatherednutrition

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 lb. pasta

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup almond milk

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of a lemon

Sea salt + pepper to taste

Directions:

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Combine remaining ingredients and toss with pasta.
