ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pink dragonfruit (pity) pieces
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice (add an extra 1/2 cup if needed to blend)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (can also use vanilla powder or paste)
- Toppings: granola, fresh dragonfruit, mango, passionfruit, kiwi fruit, blueberries, fresh mint, and chopped pistachios
Method
Step 1
Blend all ingredients (except for "toppings") together until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Scoop into a bowl and top with granola, fresh dragonfruit, mango, passionfruit, kiwi fruit, blueberries, fresh mint, and chopped pistachios.
