Homemade Chocolate Goji Granola Bar
Living on the road means we don't have access to a full kitchen very often, but when we do, we take full advantage of it! Cooking out in the wild is great, but preparing trail-ready food ahead of time can be a lot of fun too. So here is our take on the ultimate ready to go snack: the classic granola bar. This version is naturally sweetened and is packed with healthy ingredients like chia, goji berries and of course, dark chocolate.
