Ingredients:
2 teaspoons melted butter
2 slices of thick white or whole wheat bread
4 slices of Velveeta cheese
1 cup of cooked elbow noodle macaroni and cheese
Directions:
-Heat butter in a small skillet on medium heat. Place a slice of bread on top, followed by two slices of Velveeta cheese.
-Carefully scoop the cooked macaroni on top of the cheese once it started to melt.
-Cover the macaroni noodles with two more slices of Velveeta and the other piece of bread.
-After about 1-2 minutes, carefully flip the sandwich onto the other side and let cook for about 3-5 more minutes, covered. -Slice in half and serve!
