"Homemade Sesame and Poppyseed Bagels// This was my first time making bagels and it was quite the adventure. Unlike other yeast-rising breads, bagels are boiled at one point. (Yes, the unbaked dough is boiled!) Living in NYC has given me a new appreciation for a really good bagel, and these came out pretty great! I shared this batch with friends for a New Year's Brunch I hosted."
