Cumin Roasted Chickpeas

 

Preheat oven to 450F. Drain, rinse and dry one 15oz can of chickpeas. Mix with 2tsp cumin, 1.5 tsp sea salt and some black pepper. Lay out on a baking sheet (the chickpeas should be flat and not on top of each other) roast for 30-45 min, stirring every 10 min or so until they are dry and crunchy
