Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Heat the oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Sauté the mushrooms and onion until soft. Let cool slightly.
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Roll the mixture into one inch balls- if it’s too wet to roll, you can add a tad more flour. Spray the balls with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
