Coconut Spiced Rice and Lentils
The dish got its name “Khichdi -Pulao” because like khichdi, it is cooked with lentil. It’s a non-fussy Pulao that can be rustled up fairly quickly. It’s an amazing vegetarian Pulao which is simple and delish.
