Pumpkin Spice Phyllo Milk Pie

"Pumpkin Spice Ruffled Milk Pie needs to be in everyone’s must make list! It disappeared so quickly, I found myself making a second. Bella @ful.filled worked some magic for this year’s #virtualpumpkinparty. The creamy, custard filling, chewy center and crispy, buttery edges make for one delicious treat. And, it’s not overly sweetened, meaning I enjoyed this for breakfast, too. Ruffled Milk Pie comes together easily in a short amount of time making it great any time and if your entertaining. I also had one extra rolled up phyllo (didn’t want to overcrowd the pan more than I had) and made an individual ramekin with it. A winner all the way around. The one change I made was to omit the clove."
