ingredients
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup shredded dried coconut
- 1/4 cup help
- 1/4 cup flax
- 2 tablespoons chia
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 pitted + skins removed medjool dates
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
Method
Step 1
Throw all the ingredients in a high powered blender (we use a vitamix) or food processor and blitz on high.
Step 2
Form the batter into small balls. An ice cream scooper works really well!
Step 3
Place on a nice flat surface lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
If you can wait, put the balls into the freezer for at least 30 mins to harden
