Coconut and Dark Chocolate Squares

Ingredients
1.5 - 2 cups coconut flakes
A pinch of Sea Salt
5.5 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 c. coconut oil
1/4 c. cacao powder
Line a small baking dish (3.5 x 8) with parchment paper.
Directions
Add 1.5 - 2 cups coconut flakes to a food processor and blend until it becomes butter (takes a while, scrape down the sides every couple of mins).
Once buttery, add 3 tbsp maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt. Combine. In a separate bowl, melt 1/4 c. coconut oil. Add 1/4 c. cacao powder and 2.5 tbsp maple syrup.
Assemble bars: press coconut butter into the base of your lined pan (using the base of a glass can help). Next, pour on chocolate, sprinkle with salt. Place in freezer to set (about 20).
