Add the almond milk to a pot on the stove and head on medium/low heat.
When it starts to bubble, transfer to a high speed blender.
Add in all remaining ingredients (make sure to pit the dates!)
Process until completely smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds-1 minute (ideally 1 full minute if you are using dates to make sure there are no chunks). Pour into mugs and top with an additional sprinkle of cinnamon.
