ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cups almond butter
- 1/2 cups maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
Step 2
Add in the almond butter, plant milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and stir until a dough forms.
Step 3
Gently fold in the chocolate chips until well combined.
Step 4
Use a spoon to scoop out the dough into even balls and flatten slightly with your hands. Place on a baking try lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes, 12 for a softer cookie, 15 for crunchy. Remove from oven, and let cool (they will continue to harden as they cool).
