Baked Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cups apple sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine flax seeds and water in a bowl and set aside to thicken (about 10 minutes).

  • Step 2

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Once flax egg is thickened, add to the large bowl and stir.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Top with peanut butter and raspberry chia jam and enjoy!
