ingredients
- 60 millileters amaretto
- 30 millileters lemon juice
- 15 millileters egg white
- 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
- A slice of lemon and maraschino cherry to garnish
Method
Step 1
In the base of a cocktail shaker add amaretto, lemon juice, egg white and aromatic bitters.
Step 2
Dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds, add ice and shake again for another 10 seconds.
Step 3
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Skewer lemon slice and maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick to garnish.
