Beans
ingredients
- 1 can white beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
Dip
ingredients
- 1 cup vegan feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1-3 tablespoons plant milk
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200C/ 400F. Prepare a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix together cornstarch, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Step 3
Rinse the beans and add them to a bowl along with the cornstarch mixture. Toss to cover the beans in flour.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and bake until crispy (about 25-30 minutes).
Step 5
Make the dip by blending feta cheese, pepper and plant milk, enjoy!
