Almond Hemp Tahini Smoothie Bowl
1 large frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen (lightly steamed before freezing) cauliflower
1/4 avocado
1 heaping tablespoon hempseed
1 tablespoon protein powder
1 teaspoon ashwaganda
1 really & truly heaping tablespoon tahini
1/2 cup almond milk
Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
Toppings
slivered almonds, whole almonds, banana slices, @nutiva hempseed, (& don’t miss this) chocolate/black tahini sauce
