"People. Stop what you’re doing and make yourself a big cozy bowl of Pappardelle alla Bolognese! ?I partnered with @Ballarini_USA + @TheFeedFeed to create this dish using Ballarini’s new pan. My region of inspiration was Emilia Romagna (which is basically food mecca) and I stuck to a very traditional, uber comforting, rustic sauce. I started by browning ground pork, beef + veal in my pan and then layered in flavors with wine (you’ll need a glass too ?), stock, celery, onions, carrots, garlic, parmesan rind and bay leaves. I let it simmer for hours until thick and tender and served over egg-rich pappardelle and heavily dusted with Parmesan. So GOOD! This pan gave me all the feels ❤️and I loved the little Thermopoint button on the handle that turns red when hot (and ready to brown or sear) and green when cool (and safe to put on surfaces or clean) AND it was the easiest pan I’ve ever cleaned. EVER. So basically, I had more time to enjoy my second glass of wine. Thanks Ballarini!! ?
