Meyer Lemon Chamomile Muffins. Been holding onto this one for awhile...I loved the chamomile taste, but not the chamomile chunks in the muffin. Then I blitzed the sugar + Chamomile tea in a high-speed blender and all that remained was lightly scented + light as air muffins.

Salted Caramel Brown Butter Blondies | Loaded with bits of chocolate, a hit of espresso and flecked with sea salt flakes. I like 'em super ooey gooey and so after a brief spell cooling on the counter I put them in the fridge...it helps them set + retain that gooey factor. Plus it helps me get that clean cut. I think it's a sign of maturity that I could wait that long to cut them.

Tomorrow I’m taking over @BobsRedMill Instagram in partnership with @thefeedfeed and I have created the most amazing (life changing) Cranberry Spice Breakfast Buns with Bob’s all-purpose flour! They’re loaded with cranberries, pecans, tangerine zest + juice, cardamom and cinnamon and I just want to take a nap on this dough it’s so warm and snuggly. I also have a time-saving bun tip that’s going to make your holiday brunching a heck of a lot easier. Slow Cooker Spiced Apple Cider! Your house is gonna smell hella good! Throw cut apples, water + spices (think cinnamon, cloves + star anise) into your slow cooker and let them mingle for hours...later pureé the crap out of it in your high-speed blender (I used my @vitamix ), strain and drink whilst piping hot! The leftover pulp falls somewhere between applesauce and apple butter...dollop onto oats, smear on buttered toast or use for baking. No sweeteners and perfectly delicious!!
